Cancellation form

You are entitled to cancel your subscription within 14 days after we email you to confirm that we accept your order or, if earlier, until you start downloading or streaming content. Please let us know by emailing us at support@bjuiknowledge.org and for your convenience there is a model cancellation form which, within the first 14 days of subscription, can be accessed via Manage Subscriptions and selecting Request Cancellation.

• Email: Subscriber email
• Subscription Start: Date of subscription
• Subscription Expiry: Date of expiry
